By using any of RentalPanelBD services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). RentalPanelBD ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Services confirms your acceptance of any revised Terms.
To use this service, you must be at least 18 years old or recognized under applicable law as being able to form legally binding agreements.
Registration: You must register as a member by providing complete and accurate information including full name, password, and email address. You are not allowed to use someone else's name or a name that violates any third party rights.
Account Security: You must safeguard the confidentiality of your access credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. RentalPanelBD will not be held responsible for unauthorized access to your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, you must change your password and notify us immediately.
Account Ownership: If you are signing up on behalf of your employer, the account owner is your employer. You warrant that you have authority to bind your employer to these Terms. Account transfers to third parties must be reported to us with updated account information.
Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to RentalPanelBD are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, service fees, setup fees, renewal fees, and any other charges. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including service suspension, termination, or cancellation before the end of the service period.
Prepayment: All Services are prepaid and will not begin until full payment is received. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date and that all invoices are paid on time.
Payment Security: Your personal and payment information is confidential and encrypted. Credit or debit card information is not saved on our website.
Fraud: Misuse or fraudulent use of payment methods is a violation of these Terms. RentalPanelBD may report such activities to governmental and law enforcement authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions, and/or credit card companies.
Pricing Changes: RentalPanelBD retains the right to modify plans, pricing, and terms at any time without additional notice. All changes will be posted on the website.
SQL Export Service: Upon customer request, RentalPanelBD will provide a SQL database export containing your account data. The export will include data from the following tables: users, services, categories, and orders. SQL exports will be delivered within 24-72 hours of the request. Please contact our support team to request your SQL export.
We reserve the right to update the system at any time. Updates may include adding or removing functionalities, bug fixes, and other improvements. There are no warranties that updated versions will not contain bugs or will not affect your use of the Services. RentalPanelBD will not carry any responsibility for any modifications in code. Restoration of modified code is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to terminate the Service at any time. Any verbal or written insult of RentalPanelBD members or employees will result in immediate account termination. We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, or violating third party copyrights.
This Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. RentalPanelBD does not warrant that the functions of the Service will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. You assume total responsibility for your use of the Service.
Under no circumstances shall RentalPanelBD be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for work stoppage, computer failure, or loss of revenues, profits, goodwill, use, or data. Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using the Service.
RentalPanelBD supports the protection of intellectual property rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable laws, it is not allowed to upload content that infringes any third party's copyrights. We can terminate accounts that are deemed to be repeat infringers of third party copyrighted works.
